For nearly two decades, Denis "Chuck" Griffith blends storytelling and narrative design into commercial omni-channel marketing experiences for Fortune 100 companies.

Chuck has also consulted on Series B and Series C companies on their overall go-to-market marketing strategies. Growing at a rapid pace, many clients do not have the bandwidth opportunity to pool all the resources needed to expand their audience.  Chuck works with his clients to vet agencies (advertising, PR, marketing, analytics, content strategy), marketing technology stacks (SaaS or on-premise, Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, HootSuite, NetSuite, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc), and analytics for data-driven tactics and customer feedback loops (Adobe Target, Optimizely, AppDynamics, Google Analytics, etc) that inform goals and inflection points to an omni-channel strategic marketing roadmap--demand & lead generation, DMPs and DSPs, programmatic advertising, e-commerce, B2B, B2C, digital PPC/SEO and organic, and more.

An alumnus of Salesforce (CRM) corporate marketing, Chuck's leadership has resulted in millions of dollars in increase revenues for some of the world's biggest brands--including his overseeing the transition of ExactTarget's online story to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

With clients such as Microsoft, Estée Lauder, Goldman Sachs, Reuters, Caesars Palace, Pfizer, Netflix, AOL, Walgreens, 1800flowers, Goodby-Silverstein, Pokémon, Disney, NBC/Universal, Shire, Coca-Cola, Emirates Airline, Visa, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and many others, Chuck's aesthetic incorporates user advocacy, brand objectives, intensive field research, and an academic peer-reviewed approach while creating the best experience for international audiences.

Chuck, a former adjunct multimedia professor at Pratt Institute of Design, holds an M.A. in Education and a B.A. in English and Film Studies, both from Columbia University. He is also a certified Apple Developer, a member of the Art Directors Club and the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, and an MSDN Architect for Xbox and Windows Phone apps.  In his "off time," Chuck is an advocate for literature and arts education in high-poverty schools, a fiction writer, and a filmmaker.
